Private Sessions & Group Classes.

  • I offer private reformer Pilates sessions from my home studio, tailored for one or two participants. Each session is 60 min and provides focused instruction to enhance strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.

    The reformer is an effective tool for building long, lean muscles, improving core stability, and supporting efficient, pain-free movement in daily life. Sessions can be shared with a partner or booked individually, ensuring personalised guidance in a calm, attentive setting.

  • Experience mat Pilates in a small, supportive setting, either in private sessions by appointment or in group classes (see schedule page for times and location). Classes focus on developing core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through controlled, mindful movement.

    Mat Pilates helps you move with more ease and confidence, strengthens deep stabilising muscles, and supports balanced, pain-free movement. Whether working one-on-one or in a small group, sessions are tailored to your level and goals for a personalised, effective practice.

  • Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to create a low-impact, full-body workout. Sessions focus on precise, controlled movements that strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility, targeting small stabilising muscles often overlooked in traditional workouts.

    Available as private or semi-private sessions by appointment, each class is tailored to your level and goals, providing personalised guidance in a focused, supportive environment. Barre is ideal for building strength, improving alignment, and adding variety to your fitness routine.

  • With over 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer, I have a strong background in strength and resistance training, with a special interest in supporting women experiencing the transitions of perimenopause or menopause.

    Strength training helps maintain muscle mass, support bone density, protect joint health, improve posture, and boost metabolism.

    One on one sessions are available by appointment or in small groups (max 4 people) — (see the schedule for times).

  • Experience the ultimate in relaxation and restoration with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Gentle, long-held stretches and guided meditation release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep mental and physical calm. Every session is designed to leave participants feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.

    Available by appointment for groups of up to 20, this experience is perfect for hens’ nights, corporate wellness, mindfulness retreats, or special gatherings. All props are provided, ensuring a comfortable, indulgent, and fully immersive session tailored to your group.
