    Mat Pilates - 45 min class

    Mat Pilates is a low-impact yet highly effective full body workout. Through a series of precise movements  and breath control, mat Pilates enhances postural alignment, flexibility and total body strength. Our expert instructors will layer upon classic Pilates exercises designed to target your core as well as your upper and lower body. This is a mat based class that focuses on using your own body weight and props such as light hand weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls.

    Core Sculpt – A mat-based class with a strong focus on deep core activation, stability, and strength. Expect intentional, targeted movement designed to build a strong foundation through breath, control, and core connection.
